Paul Tafforeau is a French paleontologist working at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility in Grenoble. He usually is in charge of palaeontology, but also works on human organ X-ray imaging.
With his synchrotron radiation research, Paul has performed studies on fossilized animals, modeled insects embedded in amber, and helped create reusable methods of studying fossilized specimens non-destructively.
