Vincent Beyrand is a paleontologist working the University of Zurich in Switzerland.
He obtained his Bachelor's degree in 2009 from Université de Rouen (Mont Saint Aignan Cedex, Haute-Normandie) and his Master's in 2010 from Université de Poitiers (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), both in France. He earned his PhD in 2017 from Palacký University (Olomuc, Czechia).
He helped describe the semi-aquatic theropod Halszkaraptor escuilliei in 2017 as part of this PhD thesis.
