Nicolás Chimento is an Argentinian paleontologist, and works at the Natural History Museum of Argentina in Buenos Aires.
He might have been born in Argentina. He obtained his bachelor's degree in 2011 and PhD in 2018 from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata in Buenos Aires Province.
He was part of the team that discovered Chilesaurus diegosuarezi in Chile in 2015.
