Kristyn Voegele is an American paleontologist, and is an Assistant Professor of Geology at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. She specialises in the myological reconstruction and biomechanical modelling of sauropods, as well as proteomics.
Kristyn was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and grew up there. She earned her Bachelor's degree in 2011 from Concordia University (in Moorhead, Minnesota), and her PhD in 2016 from Drexel University (in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania).
Having helped describe Dreadnoughus schrani in 2015, this has not only helped her complete her PhD, but has also added to the number of papers that Kirstyn has been able to publish since then relating to myological reconstruction.
