The Lago Pellegrini Quarry is a rock quarry near Lago Pellegrini, North Northwest of the city of Cinco Saltos, in the Rio Negro province of Argentina.
The quarry gets its name from Lago Pellegrini, the man-made lake made from an offshoot of the Neuquén River to lessen the possibility of the river flooding. The lake might get its name from Carlos Pellegrini, the president of Argentina from 1890 to 1892 who created the Banco de la Nación Argentina, the national bank of Argentina.
